Discover Your Splits
Have you always wanted to learn how to do the splits? Or did you used to be able to do the splits and lost the flexibility over the years? Then this workshop is for you! The workshop will start with creative mobility and flexibility drills for the hips and legs followed by a split focused yoga flow, that will leave you feeling more confident, stronger and flexible in your right, left and centre splits. Splits are challenging but fun to grow with and into, let’s enjoy the journey together to the splits!
