Join us for a dynamic and invigorating class that combines the best of Yoga, HIIT, and breath work. This class is designed to challenge your body and mind, increase your strength and flexibility, and leave you feeling energized and refreshed.
We'll start with a gentle Yoga warm-up, then we'll move into a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) segment, you'll sweat, you'll push your limits, and you'll feel the power of your own body. We'll transition into a cooling down phase that includes postures to stretch and release as we transition into breath work, using different Pranayama techniques to regulate the breath, calm the mind, and restore the body. You'll leave feeling balanced, centered, and grounded. Ignite your inner fire!
