2. Crow (Bakasana) Series: Master the basics of this foundational arm balance. We’ll breakdown the pose step by step, focusing on hand placement, core activation, and leg positioning.
3. Side Crow (Parsva Bakasana) & One Leg Crow (Eka Pada Bakasana): Add a twist and a sense of flight to your practice with these variations. Learn to shift your weight and use your obliques to achieve and maintain balance.
4. Traditional Headstand (Sirsasana): Delve deep into the king of all asanas. Discover the alignment, foundation, and core strength needed to safely enter, hold, and exit this pose.
