Handstand Workshop

Have you been struggling with balancing your handstand and unsure where to start? In the introductory handstand workshop I will teach you how to build your handstand practice using a sequence of drills and exercises so you learn a proper handstand technique.

Students can expect to learn:
Entering a handstand by kicking up
How to bail out of your handstand safely
Drills to address deficiencies in mobility and strength
A framework for developing your own practice
Proper body position and mechanics
How to effectively spot a handstand
No experience is necessary! This workshop is designed for anyone looking to get upside down and start to learn the art of balancing.
