In our signature pilates-inspired class, expect to be guided through movements that target specific muscle groups as we build towards an elevating cardio sequence, before closing with a gentle stretch. Designed to be accompanied with a pulsating playlist, and props, tune into your breath and prepare for a challenging class.

This class is accessible to intermediate to advanced levels.
